Just because there is a slight language barrier, trust me. Everything IS understood. I hope making someone feel small helps you people sleep great at night. This place gets worse as the years go by. "When the men deliver, everything is wonderful. There is a woman that does not deliver to me. I’m about to download the law on postal services. And I always know what I’m fighting. This is not ok. We should not have a woman that delivers our mail and hates her job so much that I feel compelled to buy a box. That is extortion. And trust me, I will report this."

"I go to the post office that I’ve been going to since I was 5yrs old literally and not sure if she’s the post master or the new person in charge but she’s sure good at not wanting to do her job and just run people off I politely ask about a package that’s in my P.O. Box an she says “oh nope it’s not in yet an you have to wait until you get a notice to pick it up and which is ridiculous when the application informs me that it arrived and then as i always do wait until sorting is completed to go pick it up I do that as I’ve always had been an the lady I assume is in charge of the post office tells me oh nope we haven’t even sorted it and plus you have to wait to get a notice then why do you submit false information into the computer or not even bother to check it’s not like I go everyday I go once every couple of weeks when the package doesn’t fit in the small Post Office Box I’m renting and paying for so just ridiculous and bad customer service normally every other person in that post office at least checks and does their job very fine as always this has been a good place but not so Why new people come into the place and treat it as if it’s their own place and don’t want people there if you don’t like the job choose another but I work at the prison and order things for my job and on my days off is my best time to have it received or picked up by me who needs it and you refuse to do your job because of not sure what reason seems like she finds the minimal reason not to want to do a good customer service i go through a bit tougher things at my job but I don’t complain I just do it so not sure why everyone else can’t do the same sadly but I just felt like the only thing I can do is give my review of the worst incident such as today next is to mail in a complaint if it continues that’s all but I hope everyone else has a much better experience then I did today so my one star review is my reflection of the same in which I was treated that’s all"

"I’ve had to come to this post office almost daily for a year. I’ve never once had a bad experience and owe a debt of gratitude to the people there for always helping me out while I learned my new job... which included shipping and receiving a lot of supplies!"
