"Great company, good prices, I had them mix some paint for me and the man the helped me knew what he was doing, he got the color exactly to the sample first try, if you need paint mixed go to the supply company and ask for Eric Volrela, he is a great guy and know what he's doing."
"Terrible service. They do not even know what they sell. I called asking for information on PlyGem windows, because PlyGem lists this business as a distributor on their website. A young lady answered initially, and was unable to help me, then I was transferred to a man who said that the computer only showed Atrium (a brand) windows and Vinyl (a building substrate for window frames) windows. At this point, I told him again that I was looking for a PlyGem Aluminum-Clad window. I get transferred to a third person, this time a slightly older lady, who gets on the phone and tells me that they do not sell mobile home doors or windows. WOW. A Plygem Aluminum-Clad window is DEFINITELY a far cry from anything having to do with a mobile home window, and again I explained to her that I saw online that they were a PlyGem dealer, and that I was just trying to keep my business local but that I could call another distributor, and she told me that was fine. You would think that between 3 employees that someone would have a basic knowledge of the products they sell. Again, terrible service."
"Employees are amazing fast friendly service as always. If pinestraw is something you need I would advise seeking elsewhere. Price range is okay but the amount of bark, sticks, vines etc is excessive."
