"This was the absolute worst experience. There is no way I would ever recommend using this funeral home. The only good thing I can say about them is that my mom looked BEAUTIFUL. However, when it came time for her last ride, we were told, AS WE WERE SITTING IN LINE ABOUT TO PULL OUT, that there would be no escort and no one to stop traffic as we exited the parking lot. That information should have been given WHEN PLANNING. I did not even get to follow the Hurst my Mom took her last ride alone. My uncle(her brother) had to get out and stop traffic so everyone could exit the parking lot. So unprofessional. There was no apology given only excuses."
