"Horrible Service - Derron was extremely unhelpful and unaware of situation that should have been escalated and handled by him the week before. His agency did not cancel my policy on the requested date per the email sent to him. When followed up, he would not even accept the sign cancellation form from new insurance agent even though it has a time stamp on the email of when she received it signed back from me. There is a chain there and he refused to even review that. This agency is petty and unprofessional. Don’t use them if you want good service and coverage. In all the time I had coverage with Allstate, I NEVER spoke with my agent or heard from him. I was under insured in a lot of areas based on the recommendations of the Allstate agents and had anything happened to my home I would have been in big trouble. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!"
