"My family has been going to this location and this is the first time under the new ownership and name Stowaways. Online ordering system and service was great, the drinks came quick and were great, and all the food was great. The workers came by several times asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything as well. We will definitely be coming back."

"We love the ferry, but unfortunately, we don’t love the new restaurant. Directions upon walking in are unclear...were we supposed to seat ourselves? Was there going to be a menu? We sat for almost 15 minutes with no service or acknowledgement. The restaurant is in dire need of a hostess. We finally gave up on seating and went to sit at the outside bar because we saw two employees at work there. Once we were served, the flies were incessant, literally dive bombing food and drinks. The food was way below par...very salty...cheap ingredients not well presented or cooked. It's a shame because we used to go to the former restaurant frequently to hear the outside music in summer. We recently read that it was under new ownership and that much was invested in upgrades. We were disappointed that such a costly investment just doesn't show up. We were also thankful that we didn't bring any over night guests with us because the food was awful. It's a shame that such a prime and lovely location has yet to have its potential realized effectively."

"I'm, I'm a big fan of the ferry and I know the restaurant is new but there is some work that needs to be done here. We came over from DE to meet some people and decided on eating here rather than leave the premises. The live music hit us when we walked in to the restaurant was too loud, we could not have a decent conversation! The band was good, just too loud. Then we ordered online when we thought t we were pulling up the menu, we had to order online. Directions were not clear;my husband and I ended up ordering separately. That needs some work. The other 3 people ordered together. They received their food before their drinks. And the flies were terrible. The outside area was not opened, we are guessing not enough staff yet? Hope it's improved before the summer is over. One of the people with us ordered nachos though plentiful, she said they had way too much lime on them."
