"I went through the drive through with a party of two with two separate orders and was told i had to go all the way back around then went in and the order wasn’t working. Najee or Nagee displayed amazing customer service. I have been going to fast food places for years and haven’t met some one with such respect and manners for the customers."

"I purchased a pie at 4:19p which was marked with a sticker saying "enjoy by 9:16a" that same day. Thinking it was just a way to keep the box closed, I went home. When I took my first bite, I found the pie was tough, stale and chewy as if it was supposed to be sold the day before. I discarded the food, kept my packaging with receipt and made my way back to the restaurant an hour later. The manager told me they would not replace it since I didn't have the pie itself, although the packaging CLEARLY stated it should not have been sold past 9:16a that day. I will NEVER spend my hard-earned money at this place ever again."

"DONT GO HERE!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES THAT WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY!!!!I placed an order of 2 McDoubles, medium fry, 10pc nugget, large sweet tea, and a blueberry pie. I purchased my order in drive thru with apple pay. When I got home I received a notification from apple pay saying I was charged 40.68 cents. While my order only came to 17.37. When I came back to the store with my food in tow, brought this to the attention of a Velesea toomer. What she tells me on her end was that theres no history of my order, nor can they see a record of my card number. Despite my having been there 16 minutes ago. My bank and my applepay both show proof that I was there. I was hopeful and patient that I would be helped, but it was clear they just wanted me out of the way, she took my food and didn’t replace it nor gave me my money back. Even when I came back the next day (by their suggestion) to speak to the general manager because I was told they could help. I spoke to a Taylor, who also took down my name and number and claimed I would be reached out to and helped. Its been 2 days today and I received no help. So I was forced to reach out to my bank. I am very disappointed and saddened by the lack of care and irresponsibility of these staff members towards the concern of its customers and I know this isnt the image that McDonalds wants."
