"Somehow my review for the worst Pizza Hut on the east coast ended up at this express location. They are great here and I’m sorry that they are catching all the flak from the other location. Anybody reading the reviews for here please know that at least most of the negative reviewers are referring to the new Pizza Hut that just opened up next to the AT&T store and not this place."

"First and foremost, I wish there was an option of lower rating. Ordered a pizza around 7:00, and received the pizza at around 10:00. This is only half of my story. Ordered a pizza on the phone, only to have to repeat everything twice. Told the lady we wanted a super supreme, and she said that we ordered something else. When the delivery guy got there, there was two of everything on the receipt. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BAD BUSINESS!! I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT GO!!!"

"Don't order from here!!! My mother loves Pizza Hut and I didn't feel like cooking tonight, I figured why not make her happy. Being that my car was down I would have to order for delivery. When I seen the over 2 hour delivery quote against my better judgement I decided to order. Being though I ordered online I decided to call the store to ask them not to cook the order until it was going to be soon up for delivery. If I was going to wait that long I figured that it would be nice and fresh...right. I mean who wouldn't want it to be like that especially for the long wait. After 9 times calling them with no answer or call back from the 2 messages I left on recording, not to mention calling the Clementon store to make sure the number was correct, I decided to call 1 last time....that would be to cancel my order. I hope they don't show up here. Not Just Pizza can have my business. And they showed up in 40 mins after saying it would be a little over a hour."

"AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!! Called in an order, arrived to pick up 20 minutes later only to be told that it would be another 20 minutes until my order was ready. The cashier (who presented herself as the manager) was rude and had an attitude with the customers. After waiting another 40 minutes, I asked how much longer and after receiving another rude answer, I asked for her name. At which point she refused to give me her name (she was not wearing a name tag) nor did she give me a receipt from when I paid (almost an hour ago at this point). I asked for a refund twice, at which point she goes to the back to get the real manager, Dale. He finally provided my refund and I left this location with no food almost 2 hours from the time my order was called in. There are other pizza places near by that will provide a much better customer service experience and quality food at the same price."
