"I went to Five Guys for the first time today, service was quick and workers were friendly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but they put down a "little bacon cheeseburger". The patty was under seasoned and dry. They give plenty of fries so a size "little" was just fine for me. Also ordered an Oreo milkshake, child it was very thick and sweet 8/10. They also give out free peanuts for you to munch on while you wait and tons of napkins! (always a bonus)"
"I placed a pick up order over the phone, when I got home I started eating and half way through eating my burger there was a bug in the meat. Not just a piece of a bug, the whole body. At first I thought it was a grill scraping or a burnt mushroom but upon pulling it out, I discovered it was a bug, it looked like a black beetle or a roach. I called back to let them know we were coming and when we got there we were able to get a refund however, it was a disgusting and disturbing experience."
"Everything is fresh here. Burgers made to order, fries hand cut, even the free peanuts are fresh. Lots of toppings to choose from or don't chose, take all of them! Basic burgers have two patties, small has one. Service is fast and friendly, place is clean."
