"Sat in the drive-thru for 35 minutes. Employees just walking around inside not doing any work and having conversations. Food was cold and thrown into a bag that was too small and then the employee had the nerve to try to ask up to pull up while they filled our TWO drinks! The employees dipped their ungloved hands and the cup into the ice bucket before filling our drinks!!!! Completely unsanitary! Someone call the health department. So gross! Never again."
"Came to get the nuggets Party Pack of 50 with 5 of each sauces. Just to try all of them to see what we like."
"My order was incorrect AGAIN. Waiting in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes, received incorrect order. Came back to get the missing sandwich only to have the wrong sandwich given to me again. This is the second time I've had this experience. I give up, This location is a mess. I'll spend my money elsewhere."
"I was just recently at this location, upon sitting in the drive-thru awaiting my change. The store manager came back and proceed to scream, curse, and yell "why the F are you all looking at me you should of had the Fing thing ready" at him. Then while waiting for my food to be brought to the window the manage again proceded to yell and scream at another employee. Now I do not have children but I will safely say that I'd be offended and upset if my child heard her speaking like that. I do not find this acceptable behavior especially for a "manager" to have. The service at the window was 100% fantastic same with the pick up window. I wish I could have rated it all at 5 starts but sadly the manager left a bad taste in my mouth."
"I wouldn’t be complaining but this is the third time in a row I didn’t get honey mustard. The first and second time I didn’t receive any sauce. Doordash is expensive and I would hope the order would be right 1/3 times. I know the jobs hard but it’s literally 3 PM, which is out of the rush times. I’m not paying for food here anymore unless I get something in return for this service. I’m not trying to be mean but the jobs that pay more money, expect you to pay attention to detail. Edit - I ate some of the fries with BBQ sauce and it wasn’t too bad. The fries were actually crispy this time as well, which seems to be a rarity through most food establishments as of late. Just please try to be more accurate because it sucks to expect your favorite sauce, after spending $15 on the extra money DoorDash rips from your hands to pay their CEO, so you end up tipping more because you don’t want to be that person who doesn’t tip sufficiently. Edit again - a month later. I got 3 honey mustard this time so I guess they do read their reviews. I am not a customer in that I’ve never worked in fast food, before I was a software engineer I worked in food for about 10 years. I understand the minimum wage pay (I was make 7.45 an hour when I worked for Wendy’s). This time the order was perfect. My biggest reply is to the employees. Do your best; because if you are used to giving a minimum, you won’t make it anywhere. I made mistakes but not every time. If you get a job where you are the person who people rely on, you will get fired. You need to be almost perfect on this economy. If you can’t be in fast food, it’s gonna be almost impossible when real money is involved. You’re making them dollars per order. I’ve made companies millions. You need to be precise no matter how minuscule it feels in the moment. Do your best and apply for better jobs. You think a company that makes real money wants a person who messes up a fast food order? The answer is yes but to a degree. Just do your best and you can get out of fast food and make real money."
