"What a disgracefully little sandwich for $16. Barely any meat at all on there! One piece of prosciutto! Just 1 piece! Absolutely disgraceful. I wish I could post a picture of it on here. I will never order from here again. I know it's in Jersey here but come on that's ridiculous. That's not a hoagie TOTAL RIP-OFF Started eating the sandwich and it's not even sharp provolone!"
"I usually like the food here but I ordered a tuna hoagie yesterday and it was awful. I didn’t realize it was just tuna and not tuna salad. I took one bite and threw it away. It sucks because the sandwiches are already very expensive and I feel like I just threw my money in the trash. The paper menu we have at our business doesn’t have any description on it for me to know this. I’m still leaving a 3 star review because I’ve never had anything bad here and will definitely never order this again."
"Great staff. Had a bit of an issue with a payment being double charged (no fault of the branch, it was an online order, so it was a corporate issue,) but Brittany was able to get the issue rectified. Nicholas was also very kind and patient when I called to follow up. Great food, great staff, great service!"
"I love primos! I tried out the Italian diablo and it did not disappoint! It was delicious. I thought it was a little pricey at first but they completely pack the sandwiches, so it is totally worth the money. An employee named Nicole was extremely friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Everyone can take a lesson in customer service from her! I will definitely be returning."
