"I just called this place after years of buying my one large cheese pizza here the gentleman that answered the phone told me that he was not allowed to take any pizza orders from me per the woman owner. So why would you think I was banned ? Because I complained about the service the pizza happens to be good but the service is lousy how long does it take to make one large cheese pizza Luigi's Pizza is better so I will be going there instead of giving you any of my business and rewarding your lousy service."
"If I could give it a zero, I would. I live MAYBE 3 minutes away from this place. Ordered about $80 worth of food. Waited over an hour before I called to ask what was going on with it. The owner or manager told me that the Stromboli was missed and was currently I'm the oven. No problem. Another 30 minutes go by and we ask if it was on its way. We were told that the Stromboli was in the oven still. Okay. We waited another 15 minutes and called again to say we just wanted our money back as it had been almost 2 hours at this point and we didn't get our food. As soon as we said we wanted a refund, they said the driver was walking out of the door with it. Waited ANOTHER 15 minutes and we were just fed up and wanted our money back at this point. Didn't want the food at all. The owner/manager hung up on us without saying we would get the money back. So one of us goes up there to see if we were getting our money back and the owner called the cops on this person, stating, "He's bothering me." Who. Does. That??????"
