"Very uncomfortable. I rarely leave a negative review of a business, but this has bothered me for months and see other reviewers have similar experiences. There are lots of nice items here and there are crafters and artisans who have lovely things. This is not a reflection on them. Back in November, I had stopped in with my mother to shop, and several of the employees were very friendly, however I noticed that one was hovering over us frequently. We found a nice decorative cart that had a great price. We looked it over and then continued to shop while me made our decision. When we were ready to purchase, my elderly mother went to the car and I made the purchase. The same employee that was hovering was at the checkout and seemed reluctant to sell the cart to me insinuating that the tag must have been changed because the price was so good. She even sent another employee to search for another cart for confirmation. However, that was the only cart. The item had a tag that clearly stated "small cart" with the price and a barcode. The cashier kept looking perplexed and saying it wasn't scanning correctly; which was odd since, as I mentioned, the tag stated that it was a "small cart." Eventually, she sold the item to me and I headed to my car. I was the only car in the lot nearest the entry door. As I was pulling out, I noticed that same cashier at the window hiding behind a curtain recording me and taking photos of me in my car. I parked and went back in. I asked her if all was okay and she stated that she was taking pictures of another car. What other car and why? We were the only car in the side lot and the building has plenty of cameras...so why record me? I haven't felt that uncomfortable or unwelcome in a shop in years and I was surprised as I have worked in Medford for more than a decade and never felt that unwelcome. Unfortunately, I will never return to shop there. Customers should not be made to feel like criminals when shopping in their local businesses. The other employees were lovely, but the one employee's behavior was enough to keep me from returning. Very disappointing."

The whole Main Street area of Medford is great for shopping, but The Shoppes At Medford Mill are a hidden gem located behind The Feed Mill. I love the people who work there. Don’t forget to look for the blue doors."
