"Today I made a spontaneous stop at the new location of LOFT and I am so glad I did. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the store was that everything was so neat and organized! The floors and light fixtures were gorgeous. The cherry on top of the entire shopping experience was Crystal. She greeted me and asked if I needed help. She was not overbearing at all. As I was finding pieces I liked, she would complement some and take them to a dressing room for me. Every time I picked something up she put it away for me! When I was trying on she asked if I needed help. Afterwards she told me to just lay everything on the couch and that she would take care of putting it away. At check out we had a really nice, genuine conversation. She is such a great employee and I hope she continues to love her job (I can tell she truly does!)"

"Had an awful experience with an associate here. I showed her what seems to be mislabeling on two items I tried on. She looked at me as if I’m insane and said, in the most condescending, snide way imaginable, “thank you for sharing that with me.” Seeing my look of disbelief, she said “what do you want me to do about it? Do you wanna buy them or not?” Yeah, no, I don’t want to buy the mislabeled skirt(s). Or the armful of clothes I was about to buy, because there are better places to spend my money. Get it together, girl. She needs some training."

"I was at the Loft in Cherry Hill about a month ago and had an amazing experience. I usually have a decent experience in the other stores, however I just visited the Loft in Cherry Hill and was not greeted or spoken to by any of the staff even wearing ALL LOFT CLOTHING. It wasn’t until I was leaving that they said have a good day. When I told them that no one spoke to me, the associate said she didn’t see me. By that time I had been in the store for at least 10 minutes. In addition the other associate walked right by me without a word. The associate apologized and didn’t even ask if I needed help as I walked out. Never judge a book by its cover. I was planning on spending a lot of money as I was giving myself a shopping spree specifically at that store. From now on, I will go to either Marlton or Mount Laurel. Do not go to this store if you are not “the right” look. They will ignore you."

"Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Loft I recently visited Loft and unfortunately had a disappointing encounter with one of their sellers, Brittany. Her lack of customer service skills and rudeness made the shopping experience unpleasant. Despite seeking assistance, she was unhelpful and seemed disinterested."
