"They stole $20 from me via change. I was told she was keeping it for her tip. My massage was so painful, and when I asked to go lighter, this did not happen. I was gripping the table and was so tense, that I was crying. The woman pushed down on my stomach so hard that I cried out in reaction, and she laughed and kept pushing til I pushed her hands away. She pressed on my sternum in a CPR fashion and I could hear it cracking. Do not go here! My anxiety still has not recovered from this experience."
