"Best church service in Augusta everyone should go there."
"It's a great place to worship our Lord. They are very friendly and I will be going back. God bless"
"The first time my husband and I visited Living Faith Church in Augusta a few years ago, we were unsure if this was going to be the right church for us since we were new to the area and looking for a home church. Living Faith was a small group of people and even though the message from Pastor Chuck was coming straight from the word of God, we wanted to try some other churches out bc we thought we needed a crowd of people all close to our age. We were closed minded. As we were visiting a new church each week, we attended some of the larger churches in the Hepzibah, Augusta, and Evans area. And quickly realized the bigger churches put on this big fancy light show during their worship service and it felt more like a concert. The band on the stage was jumping and hollering and it was completely distracting to the whole point of why we were there. Isn't it the point of going to church to worship Jesus Christ with our minds and hearts solely focused on Him in lifting up our voices to give Him the praises He deserves. We also noticed the bigger churches was almost impossible to have those close relationships with other believers. We could be there for weeks or months and still people didnt even know who we are because they're so many people, so much going on, all we were able to get after several visits was hey how are you bye have a good day. And I know that Jesus wanted us to fellowship, come together in His name, and build relationships with other believers so that we could live out our lives together encouraging one another. It seems for us in such large churches that have so much going on, you lose focus and attention on what you're really supposed to be in church for So we went back to Living Faith and immediately knew right then the second time around that it felt right in our spirit this was our home Church. Here, it may be small but we love the fact we are very diverse in different races, social and economic backgrounds, and generations. But that's exactly what a church should look like, full of diversity sharing the same common goal which is growing closer to Jesus Christ. For God loves each and every one of us the same. The environment in this body of Christ truly feels like a judgement-free zone, a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere. Members of Living Faith Church truly do care to get to know you, want to be there for you, be a part of your life, and be your brother or sister in Christ. Pastor Chuck is so relatable, easy to understand, very passionate, full of the Holy Spirit, and always smiling with a little humor. Its evident in His sermons, he teaches straight from scruitpure never taking away or adding to it. He doesn't sugar-coat it to make us feel good but he does preach in a way to let us know that it's out of God's pure love for us to learn these things to live out our life according to His will which is good plans for us to prosper."
