"I just moved back to NJ from TX, and I had really been missing good Mexican food. A friend recommended this place, and it is fantastic! They use cilantro and actual hot peppers in their salsas. They also have marinated pork, such as pastor! I'm pretty sure the flour tortilla that I had was made in house, because it was thin and so soft. The restaurant even has decorations that remind me of the good stuff I had in TX. The food is inexpensive, so it is a great place to go with your family before heading to the movies or doing your grocery shopping!"

"I will start off by saying this place looks absolutely adorable. I love the tables and artwork! The woman who was working behind the counter seemed not to sure what things came with what dish and what was in each dish as well. I was shocked with how much everything came to. Everything pictured for below was about $50+ and that was for me and two sides for my mother. Prices are way too high. Was wasn’t bad but not very well put together. I was disappointed with the Maduros as they are my favorite to try at any Spanish restaurant. The place looks like a sit down restaurant but isn’t. You order your food up front and then the person behind the counter “serves” you. It was odd. My first visit wasn’t the best but I always try a place twice before deciding if I’ll be going back or not. I’ll update this after my second visit."

"Just went for the first time and to be honest the food wasn’t great. We spent almost $50 for two people. The chips and con queso were really bad. It was nacho cheese from a can like the movie theaters. Definitely not authentic Mexican or worth the price. I do have to say the service was great and atmosphere was very nice and clean. Except the women’s bathroom. The toilet seat is broken and moves back and forth and was on the dirty side. Definitely need to make some improvements. I will not be coming back in the future."

"We had a great dining time here. Owner was friendly. The facility was clean. Both of us ordered the grilled chicken, vegetable rice salad and baked beans. Everything was fresh, the salad was chopped to fine bits but was just right. Also because it was washed properly and dried prior to cutting. The chicken was tender and spiced perfectly. The tortilla was fresh and warm. Cannot wait to get back. And try something else."

"Food was absolutely delicious in this tucked away little gem we found. It was prepared quickly, presented well on the plate, was fresh and really tasty. Chips and salsa on the table would be a nice addition in the future."
