"Scammers... I came in to try and replace my wife phone... I was able to get a new one, only after they charged me twice for activation, phone and accessories. The rep behind the counter said they would call me the next day if 2 charges went through to refund one - they never did and I've tried calling them and they wont pick up."

"Not an actual T-Mobile store. Worthless customer service. Won’t do business with them again. One agent was new and didn’t know anything other agent told me to call T-Mobile directly they couldn’t help me with my return. I have rented seasonal 5G routers from this store for several years with no issues. T-Mobile representative on the phone couldn’t believe they couldn’t help me. Total wasted time . Owner obviously doesn’t address any of the complaints. Will use Xfinity next time."

"My phone had stopped working and quickly got to the store with 15 mins to spare. Already had the mind set of them not wanting to service with the time of the store closing but I was proven wrong. Edwin and Carmen not only went above and beyond for what I needed but they also gave me the best possible deal for my plan. They were both very professional and friendly. Thank you so much T-Mobile Rio Team, you got yourself a new loyal customer !"

"Scam alert!! Be careful coming to this store. Sam from T-mobile lied and took advantage of me. I lost my phone and needed a new phone and was desperate. Sam told me my plan was old and tried to sell me a family plan of 4 lines and said that the lines would be 150 and my phone was free. I signed no forms but somehow on the T-mobile app online consent was given! Their printer was broken and I had no hard copy receipts. I get home and check the T-mobile app and my phone was not free and the plan was showing almost $300. Thank God I was able to go to corporate and get this fixed! She was nice, but took advantage of a customer. I hope your metric was worth the loss."

"Deceitful Sales Process: I asked to buy a new phone outright (my old phone fell into water), but they could not satisfy that request without starting a new phone plan altogether. That would have been fine; however, the issue was that no one clarified this until I pushed for the statement prior to finalizing my purchase. I was not paying for what I asked for. Instead, I was paying over $700 for a phone worth $500, plus an additional $60 per month fee for a new line. I understand that a franchised third-party retailer needs margins, but this was criminal. After seeing the actual statement, I left. I need a new phone, but I don't need to get roped into a new monthly plan by greedy sales practices. I ended up going directly to Apple and spent $280 less for a better phone. This was a worse experience than buying a car."
