"Hackettstown, NJ, and I'm still reeling from the incredible dining experience! Tucked away at 1965 NJ-57, Space 10, this unassuming spot serves up authentic Japanese cuisine that will leave you craving more. I ordered the Tupura Don, and oh boy, was it love at first bite! The dish was expertly crafted, with succulent, flavorful ingredients that harmonized perfectly. The portion was generous, and the presentation was visually stunning. What impressed me most was the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Each component of the Tupura Don was cooked to perfection, and the flavors melded together in a delightful symphony. Service was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a night out or a quick lunch. If you're a sushi and ramen enthusiast like me, or just looking to try something new, Yusan Sushi and Ramen is an absolute must-visit! Don't miss out on their mouthwatering Tupura Don – your taste buds will thank you!"
"New fast casual ramen and sushi restaurant. Nice decor and comfortable seating. Great menu with alot of choices. We tried the veggie ramen and seaweed salad. Everything was prepared fresh, large portions and delicious. Came in hungry and left happy."
"I had the teriyaki salmon bento box for lunch. I also got the age tofu - so good! UPDATE: I dropped the ginger salad dressing and the lid stayed on. Obviously your mileage may vary"
"The food is very good and the workers are very kind! The flavors are hard to match around this area. It’s more casual than a dine out restaurant like Fujiyama but they’re two different experiences. This is great spot for their lunch specials! Reasonably priced for their quality of food for sure! If you can look past the presentation and the preference of to go in a to-go society, surely you’ll enjoy it here too!"
"I had high hopes for this place as I love Ramen and will always try a new place, but everything just seemed so off putting here. You order at the front, there is no sit down ordering service here, which is fine but it makes me question why have so much seating if this is more of a to-go place. I paid $15 for Tonkotsu ramen, portion size felt very small for the actual amount food in it (noodles, vegetables, protein), but there was a fair amount of broth. Where they completely lost me though was serving me water in a red solo cup….at a dine in restaurant, gave me a really bad first impression but still had high hopes for the food. The ramen itself was also served to me in a to go container along with the side salad. All disposable silverware, and the icing on top….no ramen spoon to use for the broth. As a ramen restaurant how do you provide no spoon for the broth?? Two employees sat a few seats away from me to eat and they had actual bowls, so I have no idea why I was given all to go stuff on a tray, I mentioned that I was dining in when I ordered. See the photo I attached, this was $15. I felt ripped off and will personally not go back. The one thing I will give them is the inside of the place does look kinda nice but that’s the only good thing I can come up with to say."
