"I cannot say enough great things about the people who run/work in this store...especially Janelle. To make a really long story short, I spent over 3 incredibly frustrating hours on the phone with Verizon tech support, including tier 2 support with a supervisor, who were unable to fix the problem I was having. I walked into this store with them on the phone, and explained the situation to Janelle. She took the phone from me, and within literally 10 seconds she handed it back to me and it was fixed! This is not an exaggeration. If you have any issues with your phone, or need a new one, I HIGHLY recommend visiting Janelle and the crew in the Pohatcong store. "The most amazing customer service. Janelle was so helpful to me when I had a lot of questions and she reassured me that she would take care of me- which she did. She did not try to trick me into anything just to get a sale and she was straight up and honest with me- which I appreciate. Side Note: if Patricia, the regional manager, tries to offer you a bundle deal to trade on your phone- do not take it. Patricia will add unnecessary services and hidden fees to your bill without asking you- she will avoid all questions you ask and “hard-sale” you so you feel like you have no other option but to agree. I would rate patricia as an individual to Verizon a 0 if I could but Janelle honestly deserves a raise and so many other amazing things."
