"Amazing team and very helpful people! They solved my problem even though I'm not a T-Mobile customer. When I bought a new and unlocked iPhone 14 from Best Buy last November, I didn't know they sold me a carrier locked phone by mistake. Fortunately (or maybe unfortunately) it worked with Mint, but wouldn't accept a second eSim I wanted to use while traveling abroad. Long story short, I got passed around between Best Buy, Mint, Apple and T-Mobile while being on the phone for hours, going to stores multiple times, until the team in this store could figure out how to unlock the phone for me which everyone else refused to do. Thank you so much once more! Anyway, the original issue was that Best Buy sold me a supposedly unlocked phone that was instead listed as locked to Sprint. Yes, Sprint. Even when T-Mobile acquired Sprint years ago. When explaining the issue to a lot of people, this team was the first where I felt that they really wanted to help instead of just directing me over to some other party so that I become somebody else's problem. Also a lesson learned. Buy an unlocked iPhone only from Apple directly. Nothing else is safe."
