Happy Cab

"Zero stars if I could around 2 PM my 20 month old baby girl and I were walking across a sidewalk in downtown St. Mary’s waterfront one of their drivers was driving erratically at high speed and completely ran a stop sign nearly hitting my daughter and I completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t ride with them even if I wanted/had to they clearly don’t care and just hire anybody. How could you nearly hit a mother and child and not even stop and say sorry or anything?"

"Went through the website link they sent me and set up a pick up time for my daughter and they never showed up, called them and they said it must not have went through and was going to send a car right away. My Daughter waited another 30 min and no one showed up. Called again and they said they didn’t get the message and wouldn’t be able to come for at least another 30 min. This was at 11pm and no one ever showed up so she walked home in the dark by herself. I will never use this company again."

"Thank you Aj for making my experience with happy cab much better, he was efficient and great customer service. He was patient with me while I handled my children. He made up for any previous bad experience I had. So again thank you to Aj he’s the best and the driver I prefer every ride!"
