"I don’t know what else to do. I’ve called the office over & over again with no answer. I’ve called the ga gateway help line with no answer. I’ve went up to the office & received zero help just attitude & rude remarks. It’s been MONTHS I mean like 9 months if not longer that I’ve been trying to get mine & my 3 yr old sons insurance on. I’m 12 weeks pregnant & haven’t been to an appointment in 6 weeks because I cannot afford it. I’m high risk due to previous miscarriage & preeclampsia with my last pregnancy. I’m having so many issues & dealing with pain on a daily basis & cannot do anything about it due to this HUGE issue. This should be illegal. I NEED HELP from anyone to resolve this. I’ve submitted all needed documents & I’ve submitted 3 different applications in the last 5 months. 5 months ago I sent an online application.. 2 months ago I filled out a paper application & gave them my proof of pregnancy paper THE SAME DAY & that’s not even been bothered to be put in the system SO I submitted ANOTHER online application 2 weeks ago & still NOTHING."
"Last time I went up there the front desk lady told me what I needed was too much to do or deal with and told me to leave so I waited until she walked out for break and a caseworker helped me, but I still don’t have my own son on my account it’s up under my mom‘s account that she doesn’t have access to when y’all are refusing to help me or answer any calls. I’ve called over 20 times sitting Outside of there trying to speak to a supervisor because that lady did not want to do her job or care enough and now me and my son are without insurance. I NEED ACTUAL HELP!!!!!!"
"Office needs to be investigated. Don't even waste your time trying to get help over the phone. Going to the office is just as useless. I've been multiple times with no success. I put an application in back in January. It's April and I never got a phone call or update on the case. They say they call for interviews and no one actually calls, they just close the case. I've been trying to get my benefits restored for 8 months now with no success. I don't understand why they flat out refuse to help in Columbia County. It's like they purposely try to deny benefits to keep statistics within a certain range. Never seen anything like it. I had 0 problems with my cases until I moved to Columbia County."
"Need help, phone is NEVER ANSWERED AND MAILBOX IS ALWAYS FULL EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL AND HAVE TO LISTEN FOR 10 MINUTES IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE JUST TO GET TO A MAILBOX THAT IS FULL EVERY SINGLE TIME AND CANNOT ACCEPT MESSAGES. Come on, DO BETTER or at least even attempt to do your job"
