"I think they over charge me for water. I pay $57 every month. I only stay there 2 days every week. So 8 days in a month. My Big trash can get dumped once every 3 to 4 months before empty. So why I pay 57 dollars a month. I only use 14 dollars a month. Sanction is 30 each month. Even if my trash doesn't get picked up I still have to pay. That's not right or fair I should only pay for what I use"
