Reviews
"This office shows very poor work ethics! No one ever answers the phone at the front desk, the caseworkers do not answer calls nor return calls from voicemails. Benefits are not renewed on time, because the caseworkers do not call you for the phone interview as mandated. My benefits have been messed up several times."
"Was told to call by Social security but what's the point when nobody will answer the phone"
"So, before commenting I had to truly think. I was told that my family and I were on TMA which means Transitional Medicaid Assistance. We should have had it for a year. Just enrolled in July, and renewal in May 2025. Now all of a sudden starting in September none of us qualify! I have called, I have left messages, to people that don't even call you back. Why? Is my question. Why is it that ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS THAT DO THE WRONG THING ARE QUALIFYING, AND GET SO MUCH, AND WE AS U.S. CITIZENS HAVE TO BEG FOR SCRAPS SO TO SPEAK? Why is it that we have go through sooo many hoops, just to talk with someone? You guys leave phone numbers on your letters that DO NOT WORK! WE call and YOU DO NOT ANSWER. Even with leaving messages you guys don't call back! When filling out the paperwork to receive medical assistance, we may not qualify because "we make to much". Do you even consider that we have other bills? You guys are so inconsiderate it's shameful! Whyis this office only open 3 days out of the week? What else do you guys do? Why don't you guys have ACTUAL PEOPLE working in this building beside the security guard, and the ladies behind the plexiglass? God forbid if one of you need help and you can't get it!"
"I turned my documents in over a month ago and still NOTHING. I took time from my lunch hour to go uo there on 1 of the 3 days they are open to the public juat to be told the supervisor wasn't there. The lady at the desk told me that she would email the higher ups and I've still heard notning. This place needs to close completely. I see no point in an office to the public if they can not assist the public or answer the phone."
"IF I COULD RATE 0 I WOULD THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE PLACE EVER I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHY THEY BUILD THIS NEW PLACE IF THE EMPLOYEE CAN NOT DO THERE JOB, I HAVE DELT WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE IN MY LIFE. AND I BOUGHT PAPER WORK( I HAVE PROOF VIDEO ) BRINGING MY PAPER WORK NEEDED THEY GIRL AT THE DESK SAID I WILL LOAD THE DOCUMENTS UP FOR YOU. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN MY CASE BEEN TERMINATION BECAUSE IT SAID I DID NOT PROVIDE THE INFOMATION NEEDED. . I AM MAD BECAUSE I BEEN MADE AS A LIER WHEN THE PAPER WORK WAS RETURN IN. I THINK INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORK HERE."
