"After hearing the gossip about how bad customer service has gotten in these locations, I was a bit trepidations about using them. But after several stops and breakfast this morning.....I'm actually impressed! Miss Sam in the deli is an exceptional cook and seller! The ladies running the registers are friendly and fast. With the exception of the night shift lady at Frank's location. She moves like a SLOTH at THE DMV! Much better ENMARK! MUCH BETTER!"

"Have had breakfast here once before work and the food was really good. HOWEVER, the past 2 days in a row we have went in for breakfast at 6am and the staff had not even started cooking anything. My spouse has said this is a normal occurrence. If a product is supposed to be ready by a certain time and customers are planning for this and it's not available, especially on a recurring bases, its not a good look. Very disappointed."
