"Savannah Lakes Marina is a gem. A very quiet marina and everyone is very friendly and respectful of one another."
"Always a great boat to rent. The staff at the marina are always very friendly and communicative. You have to book the boat online rather than call in to schedule. The paperwork is simple but make sure to do a good walk around and note any damage and always inspect the prop, take pictures of any damage. The environment, lake, and the fishing make the cost of the rental and the gas worth it, plus you can rent a tube for a half or full day. Have fun and stay safe on the water. Oh, bring your own anchor if you plan to beach up anywhere."
"BOAT RENTERS BEWARE! Take pictures of everything! Do not accept a boat that already has damages incurred to it! Take pictures and recordings of everything. We were told that the pontoon sun top had been damaged by previous renters going under a low bridge and it was being held down by ratchet straps. Upon coming in to the Marina during the awful thunderstorm storm one of the straps pulled away and one of the metal bars almost hit my child and my mother in the back of the head while they were sitting in the back of the boat . I had to physically hold the top up while we were making our way back during the storm. This could have been a very dangerous situation! Also, while we were out and my kids and I went swimming and while climbing up the swim ladder I noticed that it had a huge bend in it when it pinched the tops of my toes! We were not made aware of the prior damage to the ladder. All that being said the day prior I attempted to reschedule our boat rental for the next day because of the weather forecast and was told I could not do so and said attendant told me that my weather app was wrong and his was right and it would be a perfect day for boating. I was also told that I could only cancel three days prior and when they had availability listed on their website for the next day?! The marina attendant argued with us calling us a liar when we arrived back and brought up that the ladder was bent and was not brought to our attention saying that we bent the ladder and ran it up in dirt because there was dirt in the hole of the ladder. He also tried to accuse us of hitting the soap creek bridge with the top which we never even went to or knew how to get there. This is not how to treat people! Even though we weren’t charged for those things he was calling us a liar! thanks for tuning our trip that was supposed to be fun and turned a sour afternoon from the rain to absolutely awful. I have never in my life been called a liar by a business or been treated in such a manner. Our trip was over $500 to rent a pontoon plus gas and we were barely out on the water for maybe two hours and were not offered a rain check or any money back. They got over three hours free from us. Needless to say we will not be returning!"
"It was an amazing experience! Gary took care of us and he is wonderful! Caring, professional, and made us feel very welcome! We got a great pontoon and enjoyed the water all day long. The price was fair and the service was outstanding!Definitely recommend!"
"This place is awesome We rented a Pontoon and spent the day on the water. We had so much fun. Cannot wait to do it again. The nice gentleman that works inside is so helpful and polite. Great visit will come again"
