"AWFUL SERVICE!! Star Rating: 1 (doesn't deserve any stars) The lady on the phone had a horrible attitude about her and shouldn't be working for the social security administration. If I didn't need my childs social security card I would say everything that was said by her and myself. After finding out what I need to do I hung up on her. Yes, I know it was petty and rude of me but she should have kept a good bedside manner and she didn't have one at all. I will say as much as I'll go to the social security office personally and report her because I do have all her information."

"Mrs. Sexton was AMAZING!!! I was helping my father file his 3rd disability claim (after being denied twice due to issues on how we filed the first time) and she immediately noticed what our attorney had yet to notice- that he was being denied not for medical reasons but just because we filed wrong!! She fixed it right away and was so patient and kind and had all our ends tied by the time we left.
