"I just think, "Scare on the Square" should be held on Halloween night. Apparently, the City of Abbeville doesn't know that Halloween is the same day every year. Halloween is on October 31st, it's not October 27th, 28th 29th, or 30th it's the 31st of October. It's a nice event and should be held on Halloween (October 31st)"
