"We have been coming for almost 2 years now and love both of the black belt coaches. I love the teammates and instructions to learn proper techniques in jui-jitsu. I also enjoy our strength and conditioning classes by the licensed trainer, who is a lady black belt. There is a ladies only program, which is hard to find. Our kids have been involved with the kids' program and self-defense programs as well. My husband and I both participate, over 40 years old, and it's nice to know we are in a safe place.
