"Update 3 years later... Let me start off by saying there is no better realtor in Missouri. Elaine Edgar was the 1st and only agent who contacted us (we contacted multiple) when we got military orders here and worked with us over the phone until we arrived in Cape Girardeau then found us the perfect home, which she made the process so easy. 3 years later we got military orders again and of course we contacted Elaine to sell our home (she's the best) within that day she had all of our paper work done and ready to put on the marker. Day 2 she sold our home for OVER what we were trying to get. Not only is she an amazing realtor she's an even more amazing kind person.
