Williams & Sons Coin Laundry

"I was coming in as a new customer, and always the first thing I do at a laundromat especially is obviously check the prices of the washers and dryers and then check and make sure they're clean. So I head in to look around, the first second through the front door a grumpy man stop me immediately and said can I help you in a aggressive voice. I said yeah I just wanted to check the prices . You wouldn't let me look he just told me the prices and would not let me look myself, nevertheless I was in a hurry so I went and got my laundry and me and my girlfriend are closing to wash. We only had one load so we went to the smallest washer. He rushed up to the washer with us and informed us that these only fill up halfway with water so you can only put half a load in. The small washers are $3.75.. but I have a full load so that doesn't make any sense. He said well if I let people fill him up all the way they break. Like what.. the big ones are $7.50.. the hold 3 times what I have.. but he insisted I had too much to use the small load washers bc he only allows them to be half full.!! The entire conversation was rude and aggressive. I didn't feel welcome. From the time I walked in, it's like he didn't want me in there. And even after I got my clothes from my car, he steadily was trying to make it so I didn't like it there. By following me around and monitoring.. literally standing next to me as I put clothes in the machine. To make sure I had to spend more than I would anywhere else and either use two small or 1 large for 1 small load ... he wasn't allowing anymore than 5 garments in the small washers. I finally started to get offended and an immediate uneasy feeling of needing to leave like I was unliked and unwelcomed. My girlfriend and I grabbed our clothes out, ... And as we were walking out the door, another woman with entering, and he starts yelling at her, " hey what do you think you are doing!"... She said she was looking for a bathroom.. he said " oh, no get out of here!".. like what the heck did I just walk into... I still have never been able to understand, why he was stopping every customer at the door to grill them about their intentions entering his public business. He either hated humanity or a certain part of humans or is just miserable himself.."

"The staff is unfriendly. Several washers are out of service. They offer free dryers for laundry washed there, but the dryers take 3 cycles to actually dry the laundry. If I need a laundromat in the future,it won't be this one."

"Safe, clean, friendly. I’ve never been to a laundromat with Free dryers with a wash. This is a work in progress and the owner is doing an amazing job."

"I was very impressed with this laudromat! The attendants were helpful and courteous. The establishment was clean and tidy. There was free WiFi, tables with chairs, couches, slot machines, and vending machines for refreshments. The washers were reasonably priced and the dryers were free! The bathroom was clean as well!! I would definitely return. It seems like a family business and I wish them longevity and success!"
