"After they changed owners the place has really gone downhill. The dryers burn your clothes half of the washers don’t have water and one of the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Terrible place spend your Money elsewhere"

"It is at the top of my block, walking distance from my house, which would make laundry so much less of a hassel. But there is an old white lady who works here, she is the most rude, disrespectful, hateful individual I have ever come across!! She told me I couldnt come back because I used one of the carts to get my clothes home, & immediately returned it. When I asked for her name, so that I could report her to the owner, she refused to give it to me. I've lost so much money in the machines, and up until just recently, there was no contact number. The door advertises that they are open from 8-8, but because EVERY employee they have working there wants to leave early, I've been turned away NUMEROUS times at 6-7p, and they always tell me they're getting ready to close. They're just lazy and rude. I've spent so much money in this place, but due to the people who "work there"...I now pay an Uber just to get to another laundry mat!!"

"Dirty, you always see roaches. My child’s bedding set was burned up in the dryer. Someone put rubber in it before I was used it. “Owner” said he knew who did it but didn’t clean it out. Said he can fix it by washing it over and over. After 5 days it still the same. Said he’ll pay 15 for the mattress protector while the comforter and sheets were also ruined. His response well my wife won’t do this. I don’t care about your wife. My child’s stuff was ruined. Almost always unattended. Do not go here."

"No one answers the phone, the staff member is a man who flirts. If you dont accept his invitation, he talks bad about you to the next customer who is willing to listen. The parking lot was very dark! I was locked in like a child bc the staff was scared of the neighborhood? He was too busy talking to a lady about drug dealers that he failed to make me aware that the machine was broken. I poured my detergent into the washer. It was a waste. He didnt even try to replace the detergent. As im walking around (since I'm now locked in) i notice alot of broken washers and dryers. No out of order signs, just tape on where the coins supposed to go. Also a space heater in the bathroom connected to an extension cord, and a mop bucket and mop in the middle of the floor. It was only 5pm. The man decides to unlock the door and it remained unlocked while the african lady(owner) and daughter were there. I hope someone checks into that."
