"I work nearby and have been bringing my family’s clothes here for years. The prices are reasonable and the turnaround is quick. The staff always is communicative - I’ve never had a problem picking up my clothes in a timely fashion. I’ve seldom had to get my clothes redone, but the few times that I’ve noticed a stain or something was not right, Yorkshire made it right!"

"Brides Beware. I would not bring a wedding dress here for cleaning or preservation. My dress was not the same after being sent here for cleaning. All shoulder beads, sequins, and mesh material were destroyed and the damage was not disclosed when I got the dress back. I would not bring any precious or sentimental items for cleaning here."

"I went to pick up my clothing today, but was rudely turned away from the extremely disrespectful clerk. She told me sternly that she told me not to pick up my items until after 5pm (which she did not tell me initially). I had my infant son with me which as all moms know is hard to get out sometimes to run errands. Long story short, I ended up leaving and in tears when I got in the car. My husband picked up our things after he got off work because I couldn’t go back in there otherwise I’d say something I’d regret. We’ve been a customer for about 3 years now and unfortunately we will NOT be going back."

"Poor quality cleaning. Buttons on shirts were melted, stains on shirts given back to me. Had to request them to do over on 4 separate occasions which required extra trips. Owner was not very apologetic and clerks are sour faces. Owner argued with me when I told him their quality should be better since they were twice the cost of their competitor . I will not be going back any time soon."

"I took a screen capture of the 10% coupon from the online site, they did not honor the coupon. They had me pay during pickup, and they said I should have showed it when I dropped my clothes off. They also said I should have printed the coupon, as they do not have the technology to read from a phone. Will not go back, felt as if it were a bait and switch."
