"Very good communication. Tracy came out to hydro jet our sewer pipes before selling our home. We were on a very tight time frame and Tracy was able to come out the next day after I called. It was storming that day, so he had to come out the following day, but was able to be to our house first thing that next morning. Tracy was very professional and explained everything to me and got the work completed. I highly recommend using this company for hydro jet or any other work and I will plan to use them in the future for any sewer or drain work that I need done. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them."

"Worse customer service ever. They promised to make it right but what they really want to do is charge you more for the service you called for in the first place and paid for. I didn't have a leaking pipe but they left me with one as well as water all over the floor and when I called them back for the pipe they had left loose they had a problem and wanted to charge more. The drain in the basement that they promised to come back to look at was another lie they told me. Josh was professional but wanted to charge more for work they were supposed to complete and Tracy was just unprofessional and terrible at his job."
