"Initial communication was good. Guys were professional. Then stain started peeling day after job was done. Owner claimed it was an issue with sherwin Williams product not their work. They did not wash or prep the deck before applying stain so product didn’t adhere. Owner refused to fix until threatened with lawsuit. Then communication stopped or was so delayed I ended up paying another company twice what i initially paid Loomis to remove their bad work and re-do it. Wanted to support a small business and it bit me in the butt."

"I had Brandon to my house on 12/19/23 for a quote to do painting. I was quoted $4225. I agreed to that. I signed his contract online. They showed up on 1/2/2024. We are not living in this house yet. He came to the house a couple times. They broke the mirror in the bathroom. They asked if I wanted a refund for the mirror or a new mirror. I elected to get a new mirror. They did not finish the job. I can see the old paint through the new paint job. I showed them all the places that needed to be repainted. You can still see the old colors in the paint job. He did not redo the cut painting. He rerolled the walls, but I am still seeing colors coming through. I asked about priming and how many coats during the estimate. They assured me they used up to three coats. It is three weeks since the mirror was broken, and I still don't have that. They used my paint brushes, my ladders and all my equipment. One of the employees who was painting was hired and fired in the same week. They spilled paint on my floor. They did know, however, that the floors were going to be replaced."
