"Got ahold on Jeramy on 10/17/20 about selling my house. The house is vacant and I work 70 hours per week, so I had him go check it out and tell me his thoughts. He looked at the house and said he would put some numbers together and get back to me soon. I messaged him 10 days later, no response. Then 2 days after that, no response. Finally on 11/3/20, he responded and tells me he can't sell my house because it is too far out of his area and it needs work. An incredible waste of time and shows what kind work ethic Jeramy has. Jeramy is just in it for the easy money with no work involved. And yes, I still have the text messages to prove this review."
