"My son’s had the pleasure of training with Brad while in NJ in 2021. For a13 and 11 year old who had no prior training experience, Brad was exceptional with them. They had so much fun, learned so much and developed so many good habit that are still used today. During their breaks between sets, Brad would talk about the latest Marvel or Star Wars series or movies, which helped the boys forget about the next set they had to do! If you have the opportunity, train with Brad. He is tough, but patient and will push you just outside your comfort level. You may not like it at that moment, but you appreciate later when you see your goals being met!"
"5 stars for Brad. I signed up with Brad after coming off of a nasty rotator cuff injury and surgery. Doctor said I would never bench press again. Working with Brad, I was able to get up over 250 pounds on the bench press. And while working with Brad, I was also able to shed 140 pounds off through proper diet and exercise. To this day, I get a lot of compliments how I have been able to keep it off. It took a lot of hard work and discipline on my part, but without a great teacher/trainer, my efforts would've been completely wasted."
