"I have been an Orange Theory - Rome member for 6 months now and I love my results, the environment, and the workouts I never get tired of. I am not super strict with my diet and have still noticed significant results, which I credit mostly to the structure of these workouts. I highly recommend taking pics as I’m not sure I would have noticed the large difference OTF has made over 6 months. 2-3 times a week with some weeks off completely. The owner Kipp is great and so are the trainers. I feel it’s a great value that they are trained to correct your form on the weight floor. From the coaches to the clean facility, Orange Theory in Rome Ga is hands down one of the best experiences working out I have ever had. I am reserved about “group fitness” but OT in Rome makes it easy to focus on yourself. The coaches really do care about your goals and YOU as a human! Kipp, who runs the studio has found his calling helping people mentally and physically improve. I was really on the fence about joining as I don’t like group fitness and was extremely out of shape (sedentary lifestyle for there yes working from home).
