"I usually have a great experience talking to a banker from this branch, however, today I spoke to someone (she didn’t announce her name) and I said that I wanted to close one of my accounts and keep the other one. And she sounded surprised I was asking that. I explained to her that I called the branch the other day, and one of the bankers was gonna help me with closing one of the accounts, but couldn’t at that time because I had pending balances on the account I wanted to close. This time around, after speaking to the banker earlier today, she gave me a phone number for the customer service line and said that they should be able to help me. And then said “Good luck!” And maybe I took it the wrong way, but it seemed almost sarcastic to me. Could’ve been an off day for her, but just wanted to note that I almost felt embarrassed asking for help from this banker, when this shouldn’t be the case."
"This is literally the worst branch you could go to. They always have 1 lane open in the drive up for business and personal deposits ! Employees are always rude and could not be any slower. Sitting in a drive up for 40 minutes with two cars in front of you is absurd ."

"Awful experience. I went to open a savings account at this branch. The employee was rude, she choose and open the account without my consent. When I asked her what type of account you open?. Her response was is on those papers I just gave you so you can read them and see how your account works. Closing my account soon there."

She was courteous, professional, and very helpful. she took the time to explain everything to both of us and went out of her way to help us with some other transactions."
