"I never feel friendly every time I come here, they talk with me like I’m bothering them, I just come back and it makes me feel weird the way they’re treating customer. I had asked to help with very nice and please all the time and he acted like I’m bothering him. I asked to deposit my cash and he counting my cash with unhappy behavior and making noise on the table loud and his face like he just fighting with someone and every time, he answered me with a very obsessing voice. It made me surprised , I still have more questions to ask, but his behavior make me had to leave,his answer which he gave me look like shut up every single time. I don’t know his name because he wear casual clothes, but today is the April 6 and he wears green color shirt. I never have Good feeling every time I come here, They’re not happy at that work or we’re not welcome."

"By far the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I was talked down to like a child for having basic questions that neither person I spoke to could answer. Mostly because they find it easier to help a customer solve their problems by talking over them, and constant condescension. The gentleman I spoke with was honestly trying, and very polite, but again...wouldn't listen, and couldn't stop talking over me. The second person they put on the phone was completely unacceptable. She refused to listen, was rude, and when I told her I wouldn't be spoken to like a child anymore, she hung up on me. I would give zero stars if possible."
