First Bank

"We have been customers for 9 years, with no issues until recently. They even put a hold on a cashier's check when I took the money out a week prior and put it back. They have really gone down hill. Closing the local branch was a mistake, having nothing but messages and the customer service is terrible. We didn't even know we had a minimum and was charged a fee, no warning, nothing. When asked to waive, 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard from anyone, you would think we asked for money out of someone's pocket. I was actually told they never waive unless it is their mistake. Really, only you can make a mistake? Now try closing the account, even worse. We have found a local bank where we actually can talk to someone that is happy to help us while holding our money. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Update...someone finally helped me. Too late to keep my business, but I do appreciate someone finally helping me."

"$260 is missing from my account can't talk to anyone and when I try to use self service it said my pin was wrong blocked my account guess I'll wait 8 hours for it to be convenient for them to provide any customers assistance"

"Had an experience there working with two ladies who even worked with their manager and it was terrible. They had no common sense! And even entered the amount wrong. Ask them to give me all my checks back went to another First Bank who even made the comment that common sense would have been a factor here and got the job done. It was a waste of time and they should all not be allowed to work in a bank if they can't do simple things and have simple common sense. These are people handling your money you do not want this First Bank handling your money at all ."
