"DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. I cancelled my policy with them after being with them for over a year. My monthly payments were auto drafted the entire time I was with them. Once I cancelled my policy, their office neglected to inform me that I needed to pay for that last month separately and instead decided to just send me to collections a few months later rather than reaching out saying that I still needed to pay for that last month. When I called to complain about their service and neglect to inform me about this they said that they did nothing wrong and that I should have known to pay it on my own. Shelley said that I would have still been mad had I had to pay it back in January had they informed me. No, that is not true, it should have been auto drafted like it was for the previous 12+ months and I wouldn't have even noticed. It was the fact that they sent me to collections without ever explaining to me that I had to make a separate payment, so I find out from a collection agency that I still owe them money. What a horrible service to your clients. I can imagine I am not the only one that has had this issue. I recommend going elsewhere. They definitely are also not the cheapest so make sure you do your due diligence to find multiple rates before even considering them. [EDIT]: It's pretty funny how as soon as I posted the review above that somehow magically three brand new reviews show up at the exact same time praising the service of this agency. Looks to me that Shelley either had a few friends close to her write some good reviews for her or that they created some fake accounts just to try and make my review not seem as relevant. Don't let those fool you, the situation above is still very real and one that this agency handled extremely poorly. I still recommend looking elsewhere. Horrible service."

The service that Shelley and her team have provided to us over the years has been top notch! We've been lucky enough to have had less than a handful of claims over those years. "I have insurance with Shelley for about a year, this past Saturday I bought a boat. I wasn't sure how the insurance worked for boats So I went to the office. Lady on the right side of the office welcomed me right away and asked what I needed then Shelley saw me and came up to help. They gave me a wonderful rate and A+ customer service. I definitively would recommend them to anybody. The hardest part of the deal was telling my wife I bought a boat....."
