"There's a 500$ debit card limit every 24 hours including atm withdrawal (which they don't tell you about when you sign up). I asked about getting it raised for 6 months; the teller told me no and the bank manager never followed up. They want you to use checks or a credit card (which they charge for) and is inconvenient. Until they hired a new banker, for months every time I came in there was never anyone available to talk to unless you talked to the tellers and they never had answers. There is no APP for online banking and the customer service has been terrible. This bank is geared toward customers who like old fashion banking methods in my opinion. I would never recommend this bank to anyone!"
