"When it comes to them paying for repairs ITS HORRIBLE you wait 3 days to get approval and Lord forbid the touch the vehicle before checking with them THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS the mechanic shop have to take pictures of the part and it takes the 24-48 hrs to even check their email I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE"

"I got gas in my 2017 Equinox. Check engine light came on. I was close to the dealer and they were closed already. I left Key and Coverage card in the overnight. I got a call from the dealer the next morning. They called you and that was that! I got a call to come pick it up. Walked in, They said You owe a 100. That's all! My timing chain had stretched. I think it would have been close to 3 grand! I can't afford a repair I am in the middle of building a house! This saved us! I was only 5000 miles into my coverage! What a BLESSING! "Almost $1000 paid to Merit Administration and they denied my claim for wheel bearings because of "gaps in service" when it came to my oil changes. There were no gaps in service and my oil changes have nothing to do with my wheel bearings. When I tried to cancel my policy it took 30 minutes of being on hold to speak with a guy for another 15 minutes who did not want to cancel my policy after having to repeat it to him several times. DO NOT GET A WARRANTY WITH THIS COMPANY!"
