"For all complaints and issues, use the consumer financial protection bureau and the office of the comptroller to get help! Good luck"
"Beware!!! This is a fraudulent bank. I deposited a check from a business I own that is registered with the state, and they closed my account, rejected incoming transactions, and then kept the deposit. I'm having to sue to retrieve my funds! If anyone else experienced fraud actions by US Bank, report them to the OCC and CPFB. Then get a lawyer! Goodluck"
"Management cannot accommodate to employees with disabilities at this location. Ashley has zero empathy for her customers and employees. She harasses you when you can't keep up in training. Working here was was a complete nightmare. I do not recommend, choose a credit union instead. Indeed rejected my review so I'll post it here: I worked here in 2020 and trained at a different location. Training was alright but I had a lot of compliance to do and being universal they give you all the compliance at once for teller functions banking and loans. When I went to the Wentzville location it was like day and night. Ashley Kerls is very aggressive and hostile when training. If you make mistakes she makes a big deal out of it. If you take too long in training she says something is wrong with you. She couldn't accommodate to my disability because I wasn't diagnosed yet but she could've been more empathetic to training someone who has zero experience. She created a hostile work environment for me and I refused to stay under her management. I do not recommend working here unless you are really desperate and need the money."
"I've banked with US Bank for 20 years and have never experienced the discriminatory, overreach, untruthful experience that I had today with an informal member of management by the name of Ashley. From reading the reviews specifically mentioning her it's unfortunate that she is still around as a representative of US Bank. It really speaks volumes regarding management allowing her to stay employed there after numerous unprofessional encounters with the public. She abused her power with my account and should not be able to have access to anyone's personal information as well as financial account access. I have left a message with her manager Luke to discuss the totally uncalled for, embarrassing and traumatizing situation. I have not received a call back from Luke yet. I will be calling the district manager Jamie tomorrow as well. I have provided feedback with the 24hr customer service division regarding the visit. Ashley's behavior and actions were and are not okay. She deserves to be fired and not have the ability to touch anyone's access to finance instruments or personal information again. Go elsewhere everyone and don't take any chances at this branch."
"I just got off the phone with Jordan of this location of us bank. Where my mother banked before she passed. I was looking for information on how to close her account. In all of my conversations with people on closing out my mother's life I have never had someone be so rude and callous. She was also completely uneducated about the steps to do so and continually was deferring to someone else near her who never opted to get on the phone with me and give an educated kind response. These people should be more prepared for situations like this. I am so glad I bank elsewhere or I assure you if be having to close more than one account. Train your staff to speak to people with respect and maybe a little empathy in situations like this."
