"They talk about being for small businesses yet are extremely rude and treat you as if you are committing fraud by cashing a check written to you.. They refuse to honor any check over the amount of $4000 but you can cash 2 $4000 check at the same time from the same person… I’m a small business owner and cash checks for materials to do jobs.. I’ve been spoke to rudely multiple times and have even had to speak to a regional manager. Still nothing gets done.. The only response is “you should get an account with us to avoid this”… I’ve never once come to this bank and had a good experience.. I don’t understand the need to be rude and unprofessional… for absolutely no reason"

"They keep raising the amount of their charging as a "financial charge" on my loan even though there shouldn't be any penalties for paying off the loan early. I'm so sick of the scams I hear coming out of this bank, and I can't wait until they finally close their doors. Their management has someone sit at the door greeting people for them to sit single file for a single overworked teller to eventually get to you. It's like a slap to the face. What do I need today? We need you to get to the other side of the counter and do something!!!! Especially with the changing financial charges, CHOOSE A COMMUNITY BANK INSTEAD. LET THESE GUYS CLOSE DOWN."
