"Sentry Insurance ownes Dairyland and Viking insurance. Terrible customer service. I had to contact them at least 5 times before finally having to speak to manager. Their client hit my car and they were going to deny my claim because their client would not call them back to confirm accident on private property. Until I told them I would get the video from the business. Do not buy insurance from Sentry/ Dairyland or Viking Insurance!!!! Plus they refuse to fix my truck with OEM parts."
