"Progressive is a joke! I've been with them for well over 10 years and have never been late on a payment that I can remember. My family had some stuff come up so I wouldn't be able to pay on time this month. I asked for just a 3 day extension and they refuse to give me one! What kind of customer service is that? They are also telling me to mail them a check with the due date on it even though that's falsifying information. I never knew you could back date checks? When did that become ok with the banks and federal government?"

"Their IA auto adjusters are complete trash and need their hands held constantly throughout the claims process. Glad Geico had my back!"
