"Older, thicker black lady with weave braids (or wig) and glasses and wears lipstick, is very lazy, unhelpful, and sarcastic. She should NOT be in ANY job where you have to be PATIENT and come up with a SOLUTION. She is ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. LAZY and just says things to TRY to get ppl off of the phone. God, ppl like that need to be checked. Her attitude was showing today and I wasn't even talking to her it was toward an older guy smh...she needs to check her attitude FR!!! Please replace her. PLZ! .....Sick of it! I'll be complaining seriously."

"I have the best library in the world! I've been to the library of congress, but its not better than the Baden Library. I've been to libraries with huge and luxurious meeting rooms and furniture, but its still not better the than the Baden Library. What makes the Baden Library so special? I'm glad you asked. Its the people. They greet you when you come in. The staff help you whenever you need help. I'm 57 years old and I had to tell them that I hadn't seen this level of community and customer service in years. I had been out of town for a few months. My card had expired and I got a new card right away! I got it today and was able to use it today! Baden is bad."

"They are to loud to be working in a place this should be quiet. They act like it was a place to play. They to be working not playing laughing. It needs to be more older people here working this type of place."

"Horrible branch. Employees laughing and talking very loudly and patrons talking loudly. What happened to the quiet and professional atmosphere libraries offered? At this branch one can not hear themself think or concentrate."
