"Hands down the best gym experience I have ever had. I am a Yoga Instructor, so the Saturday bootcamp was something out of the ordinary for me, but now I cannot wait to go back for more. I love that Eric guides you through each station and offers ways to use the machines safely and to your personal benefit. I love that he is not yelling at you to go faster, harder, or to push push push. There were many stations with rests on different machines throughout the class. I highly recommend this class for any body type or stage of life, because Eric does a great job and modifying things for you. There are so many different machines and equipment to use, and its very clean and sanitary. Great energy, and it was truly a lot of FUN! Thank you for this wonderful experience!"
